Returned Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

If approved, we will send a replacement item (if available).

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
